Overall Otakon wasn't too bad this year. It went by extremely quickly and I feel like I wasn't able to do much. I was looking forward to meeting up with people from the naruto fb page, but I was late so that never happened =( I was still able to make it to the shoots, so that turned out okay. Was able to debut my half transformed Gaara from Naruto this year though I wish I could have done a little bit more work on it beforehand. Might consider bringing it back next year if anyone wanted to see it, might even add the tail if that is even a possibility for my tiny arse = 3= As usual I expect damage to my props, but the claw and mask seem fine

I have completely neglected this DA account and forgot to post up about Otakon. All in in all... It was ok, I really don't have much else to say about that. Though from the beginning I was quite happy to be able to walk in and walk out in under a couple of minutes to get my badge for the con, that was a definite upside for such a big convention like Otakon. I got to see one of my internet friends for the first time though it was upsetting that it was only for like a quick second because we both were off to do completely different things D: The masquerade wasn't all that great. So, after thinking about it for a while, and one of my friends talked me into it... I will now be attending Otakon again this year. 4 years in a role now I believe YAY! Sadly, I will not be in any cosplay this year, though maybe I don't know, at most I'll wear a wig a guess, but I suppose I am taking a break from break and just wandering around. I will be taking pictures and posting them if they turn out ok (which I highly doubt they will). I'll bring my video camera, so maybe I can get something decent out of that instead. =]
